Q. Can I place my order by phone? A. No, to insure that your order is correct, we can only except online orders. Send an e-mail of your entire order to: orders@cheerforthefunofit.com You will then receive a request for payment.
Q. Can I pay with a credit
card? A. YES!
We
use Paypal as our online credit card processing center. We will send you a
Paypal money request within 24 hours of your order. If for any reason you are
unable to use Paypal and your order is under $200 dollars we can take your
payment info over the phone. You will still need to e-mail the order in to
insure accuracy.
Q. Do you have a catalog? A. No, our customers print pages from our online catalog so that they may share with their cheer staff.
Q. How long will my uniform take to reach me? A. Quick Ship uniforms take approximately 5-7 days but do not include a monogram. Stock uniforms with monogram are taking approximately 3-4 weeks to reach our customers. This is an approximate time.
Q. Can I get a uniform overnight? A. No, we cannot ship uniforms overnight. We do have a rush option for stock uniforms that would get your uniform to you a week earlier for a 20% extra charge. If your in a hurry check out our quick ship uniforms.
Q. Is lettering included in the price? A. Yes, A one color Monogram is included in the price of stock uniforms and will cost the same with or without a monogram. Quick ship uniforms do not come with monograms.
Q. What sizes do we carry? A. We carry size 18 months to a Girls size 20 in stock uniforms. Please check the measuring chart to see what size you will need. Quick ship uniforms come in girls size XS - Women's size XL measurement chart
Q. What is the difference between a stock uniform or custom uniform or quick ship uniform?
A. A stock uniform is in stock and ready to be monogrammed, a customer can order one or more of a stock uniform. A custom uniform is not in stock and is a custom style or color, there is a 6 piece minimum on custom items. Quick Ship are also in stock and ready to ship but do not come with a monogram.
Q. Can I mix and match Stock Uniform pieces? A. Yes, there is a difference in price $25.99 per piece.
Q. Can an order be canceled? A. No, Orders are made specifically for each customer. Once transferred to production, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please make sure your order is the right size and monogram is correct.
Q. Can an order be returned? A. No, A custom monogrammed order cannot be returned. Please make sure you follow the measuring guide so that you are ordering the right size in stock uniforms.
A. In the case of a un-monogrammed uniform being returned a 15% restocking fee is charged.
Our products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. Only uniforms which are defective can be returned within 7 days of receiving order.
